Data Connect Corporation provides phone support and remote support via dial-in, or TCP/IP capabilities using a standard product such as PC AnyWhere or iLinc. Document management technical support specialists can often diagnose and correct software issues electronically avoiding the need for an on-site visit. Responses for remote support are usually provided within one business day.
