The Show Expert Systems Pre-Show Web Application
Our pre-show trade show software and services consist of four components: vendor allowance negotiations, customer pre-registration, customer pre-booking and customer pre-registration packets. These components of our trade show software can be used together or independently, depending on your business requirements.
Vendor Allowance Negotiations:
This component of our trade show software allows online interaction between merchandising staff members and vendors. It permits the show host and vendors/brokers to negotiate allowances for an upcoming tradeshow via our web-based trade show software platform. This online component also allows the vendors to order sample products for the show.
Customer Pre-Registration:
With Data Connect, your registration services are in good hands. Our customer pre-registration application allows your sales representatives to register customers' attendees ahead of time, allowing the attendee to skip the standard registration process at the show.
Customer Pre-Booking:
For the show hosts using this module of our trade show software suite, the sales representative is provided with the capability to pre-book orders for customers. This is an excellent opportunity to book historically purchased items so that customers can focus on new products at the show.
Customer Pre-Registration Packets:
Another component of Data Connect’s registration services is customer pre-registration packets. Following pre-registration, data is extracted from our trade show software application, and customized packets are prepared for each of the pre-registered customers. The packets can consist of the customer name badge for guests and customers, the customer swipe card, and a customer detail report reflecting the customer’s previous interests and/or pre-booked orders. The customer detail report is configurable to meet a variety of needs.
