Show Day Registration:

Our Show Expert Systems trade show software includes a simple yet feature-rich registration system designed to quickly retrieve account information, flag arrivals, and print credentials. Each station consists of a PC, Dymo label printer, laser printer, and swipe card printer. When customers register, they are provided with a name badge, customer detail report, and, for buyers, a customer swipe card.

Breeze-Through Registration:

“Breeze-Through” registration stations allow pre-registered customers who have received their pre-registration packets prior to the show to pass directly onto the show floor.

Sales Representative Paging (Optional):

With our trade show software, sales reps can be paged as their customers arrive at the show. As a customer passes through registration, the sales representative receives a page announcing that person’s arrival at the show. The sales person is then able to greet their customer as they step onto the show floor.

Vendor Point of Sale Stations:

Ordering has traditionally been one of the most cumbersome or altogether unexplored facets of trade show management. Data Connect offers a robust, east to use ordering platform using touch screen point-of-sale computer terminals that provides the ability to display company product codes and/or manufacturer product codes, vendor statistics, pre-show orders / product information, show day orders / product information, and total orders. Each of these features can be enabled or disabled depending on your objectives.  Our trade show software has transacted more orders than any system on the market.

End Cap Stations:

The customer may swipe their card and see a full recap/customer detail report of their activity at any point during the show.

Sales Representative Stations:

The Show Expert Systems trade show software is also made accessible to your sales team. Using their designated point-of-sale stations, sales representatives can see a list of their customers and instantly know, based on color-coding, whether a customer has arrived. These stations also show the customer activity occurring at each vendor booth. In a buying show situation, these stations also provide the ability to place or modify orders for any customer, once arrived.

Customer Exit Stations:

Customers may swipe their cards and print a full recap/customer detail report of all purchasing activity for the show. A report of leads is also available.
